Intermec Launches the CN3e – the latest in the CN3 Series Intermec has released the CN3e, an extension of the popular and proven CN3 mobile computer. It is designed for applications where larger keys and extended environmental specifications are critical, including DSD (Direct Store Delivery), ITV (In-Transit Visibility) and other in-field applications. The CN3e is the first mid-sized rugged mobile computer to offer a fully integrated, independent GPS option as well as WiFi, WWAN and Bluetooth® in a single package.
With seamless voice and data communications, the CN3e easily connects to peripheral devices for simple integration with company networks. With its ability to read 1D, 2D, composite and postal codes, the CN3e also features an integrated megapixel colour camera for signature and image capture. With a Windows® Mobile operating system, an Intel® XScale Processor, 128MB RAM and an IP64 rating against dust and water ingress, the CN3e also features an extended line of accessories such as single, multi and vehicle docking cradles, a belt clip and a strap-on magnetic strip reader, making it the ideal product to support numerous mobile applications, multiple work environments and end user requirements. |
Sharing a common architecture with the CN3, the CN3e also has the same operating systems, radio options and accessories, providing customers with a single hardware platform that is quick to deploy and simplifies maintenance and support across the enterprise.
